Wow !!! What a difference in the atmosphere on Sunday. It was brilliant to see a lot of the old crew coming back. Lovely to see Rachel again after all this time.Total thumbs up to the new owners. Will be back next Sunday to meet up with Fred, Shelly, Phil and Rachel.Brian Hawksworth
This is a very old fashioned pub that has kept its age very well. Inside it look like it might have looked 400 years ago, except for the slightly modern furniture. This is a premises with a traditional thatched roof. It actually looks like it hasnt changed for years, if at all. Its appears to be s haunt of Motor cyclists and old car enthusiasts. The pub has an old feel to it and you can imagine how many people have visited the place over the past few centuries. You can enjoy a number of traditional beers on sale at what might be one of the smallest bars around. The Scotch Piper is well worth s visit if you get a chance.
